First, congratulations from CUECC on ur being admitted to this wonderful university in Hubei Province.

Second, you are welcome to study in Yangtze University in 2015 Fall semester.

In order to help you arrive in Yangtze University smoothly, please read the following issues carefully after you get your JW202 form(visa application documents) from the university.

1. To apply for study visa in the Chinese embassy of your country

Please go the Chinese embassy of your country to apply for study visa as soon as possible after you get your JW202 form(visa application documents) from our university, because it takes time to get your study visa from the Chinese embassy.

PS: Please make sure you come to China with study visa rather than tourist visa, business visa or other kinds of visa, because Public Security Bureau only issues your residence permit according to your study visa.

2. To book the air ticket to come to Yangtze University

Yangtze University is located in Jingzhou, Hubei Provence, China, and the nearest airport to Yangtze University is Wuhan Tianhe International Airport. It takes about 3 hours to take the high speed train from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport to Jingzhou (Yangtze University).If you need pick up service, please tell us one week in advance and send us the scanned copy of you air ticket.Pick-up fee will be at your own expense.

3. To come to Yangtze University in the schedule time

Generally speaking, the formal class in 2015 Fall semester will begin at the end of October,2015, and it also takes about 2 weeks for you to finish other procedures, such as to pay your fees, take physical examination, apply for the residence permit, join in Orientation class and so on.

Yangtze University will arrange campus dormitory for all new students between October 12,2015 and October 16,2015. So all new students are supposed to arrive in Yangtze University between October 12,2015 and October 16,2015. Students will be responsible for earlier arrival and late arrival.

For anyone who has missed the application this time, plz take it easy and never mind contacting me if u still have great interest on this study. Moreover there are a lot of scholarship for master and doctoral degree programs. No tuition fee, no hostel fee, big bargain~
